Family Priority Date Calculator
Check whether you can submit your I-485 (Dates for Filing) or whether a visa number is actually available (Final Action). For employment-based cases, use the Employment calculator.
Two charts, two questions
Dates for Filing (Chart B): when USCIS lets you SUBMIT I-485.
Final Action (Chart A): when a green card visa number can actually be ISSUED.
Final Action (Chart A): when a green card visa number can actually be ISSUED.
For June 2026, USCIS is using Chart B (Dates for Filing) for family-sponsored AOS — but this can change month-to-month. Always verify at uscis.gov before filing.
Found on your I-130 receipt notice (Form I-797C)
💡 Tip: Family priority dates often move slowly and can retrogress (move backward). The F-2A category (spouses/minor children of LPRs) is currently the most favorable — check both charts.
Priority dates shown are from the June 2026 Visa Bulletin. USCIS may change which chart applies month to month. Always verify at travel.state.gov and uscis.gov before making filing decisions.
